The objective of this service is to aid the adaptation of best practices to meet the real needs of recipients. It does this through working methodology that includes issues like needs analysis and priority setting, organising visits, drawing up observation reports and designing made-to-measure training. 

Other complementary initiatives are: preparing dossiers with resources for management of multilingualism; preparing recommendations on how to deal with multilingualism in organisations; establishing criteria for adopting multilingual practices, etc.

There are plans to set up systems to help fund projects involving the transfer of best practices and the adaptation of resources, among others.
