Conflict of competence number 3800-2009, filed by the Government of Galicia, in relation to the articles 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21.1 and 2, 22, 24.3, 25, 26, 29, 30.2, 32.2 second section, 32.3, 33.2 and 3, 34 and 35 of the Royal Decree 1916/2008, of 21 November, that establishes the initiative of modernizing the mature touristic destinations, and, according to the terms set forth in article 10.2 LOTC as drafted in Organic Act 6/2007, of 24 May, to attribute it to Court Two, that is due to hear this dispute, as it has become objective.
