Service by telephone via the 012 line, welcoming guide and useful information for immigrants
This telephone information service on immigration on the 012 line will provide information to all citizens regarding questions related to immigration, including those that are of a direct competence of the Government, and others of a more general scope.
Initially, the timetable of attention will be of eight continuous hours, from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

- Residency authorizations and residence and work authorizations; Initial, modifications and renewals

- Access to the Catalan education system

- Housing in public promotions
- Family mediation
- Collective associations of immigrants
